Abstract Submission Guidelines

We strongly recommend that you cut/paste your abstract from a Word document into the submission area.

An individual may submit more than one abstract.

An abstract may only be submitted once. Duplicate abstracts (reporting the same data) that are submitted under a different author will not be considered.

Abstracts must be submitted online by email to nwinrc2019@gmail.com.

Abstracts must be received by October 7, 2019 at 11:59 pm CST. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be eligible. Individuals will be notified of poster and/or oral presentation acceptance by October 15, 2019.

Once an abstract has been selected for presentation, it may not be revised prior to the poster presentation at the NWINRC conference. Please proof your abstracts carefully for formatting, spelling and grammar. Double check all sections of the abstract (i.e., title, authors, and abstract body) prior to submission.

The maximum word count for the body of the abstract is 500 words.

Any abstract containing an image, graph or table will not be accepted for peer review.

A maximum of 8 author names may be listed on each abstract.

Presenters should use product-based and generic names wherever possible.

Submission of an abstract conveys permission to be printed in the NWINRC's website.

Primary authors who are selected for a poster and/or oral presentation will be notified by email.
Four poster award recipients will be selected to receive $250.00 (one poster award from the categories of
graduate student, undergraduate student, faculty, and clinician will be selected)
